A brief overview of the Portal


Client Portal Overview
Use the top site navigation menu to view your documents and support articles.
  • Tap our logo to return to your home page of client portal.
  • Tap Knowledge Base to search or view help and support articles.
  • Tap Projects to view your projects in progress along with the tasks, files, discussions, tickets, contracts, estimates and invoices related.
  • Tap Invoices to see a record of paid and unpaid invoices.
  • Tap Contracts to view any current contract agreements.
  • Tap Estimates to view any estimates that have been created for you.
  • Tap Proposals to see a list of any proposals that have been sent to you.
  • Tap Support to open or view any support tickets that have been opened.
  • Tap Files to upload a few images or documents for a project. If you need to upload a bundle of files, please reach out to us to email them, or provide a Dropbox/Google Drive link.
  • Tap Calendar to view any deadlines for projects, invoices, etc.
  • Tap your profile logo to view/edit your profile, company details, announcements or logout.
  • Tap View Account Statement on the portal home page to view your latest invoices activity.
